Physical Wellness Coaching

Most people know what they “should” do to foster a life of wellness. Eat a balanced diet and avoid processed foods, get regular movement, prioritize sleep, reduce stress, and cultivate a positive outlook on life that includes purpose, meaning, and connection with others. As a wellness coach, we have a unique opportunity to support our clients in building lasting and meaningful lifestyle changes and personal transformation towards well-being. Physical Wellness Coaching is about educating clients about the importance and benefits of physical wellness. Being active helps maintain healthy bones, muscles and joints. Physical activity decreases the risk of some health problems such as heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and high blood pressure. Exercising helps reduce feelings of anxiety and depression, helps prevent and manage stress, and promotes mental well-being. Physical Wellness is key when looking at your overall wellness!
